Information - Youth Alive Conference 2019

Hi Parents/Guardians and Teens,

Centrepoint Youth is excited to be attending Youth Alive WA’s Annual Youth Conference. Below is all the information you need if you are planning to attend with Centrepoint Youth.

Where & When:
When: Wednesday 24th of April to Friday 26th of April
Venue: Riverview Church - 1 Thorogood St, Burswood WA 6100

Timetable:
24th April Wednesday:
5:30pm – Drop off at Centrepoint Bibra Lake Campus
6:30pm - Doors open at venue
7:00pm - Night Session starts
9:30pm - Night Session finishes
10:00pm - Return and pick up at Bibra Lake Campus

Thursday 25th April:
8:30am - 9:00am – Drop off at Bibra Lake Campus
9:30am - Doors open at venue
10:00am – Day sessions begin
1pm - 4pm - Lunch and festival
5pm - Dinner time
7pm - Night session starts
9:30pm - Night Session finishes
10:00pm - Return and pick up at Bibra Lake Campus

Friday 26th April:
8:30am - 9:00am – Drop off at Bibra Lake Campus
9:30am - Doors open at venue
10:00am – Day sessions begin
1pm - 4pm - Lunch and festival
5pm - Dinner time
7pm - Night session starts
9:30pm - Night Session finishes
10:00pm - Return and pick up at Bibra Lake Campus

Transport:
If your young person would like lifts to and from the venue, they must be dropped off and picked up at the times and locations listed above.

For getting to and from the venue we will be transporting teens in cars and vans driven by CPY Youth Leaders. All leaders have have their full license and a current Working with Children Check.

If parents/guardians would prefer to pick up and drop off their teens from Riverview Church they are more than welcome.

Food:
Centrepoint Youth will not be providing food over the conference.

Young people are advised to bring packed food for both lunch and dinner. Alternatively, young people may bring money for purchasing food at food vans and cafés that will be on site.

Cost:
The cost for the conference is $80 EARLY BIRD TICKETS HAVE SOLD OUT
